These terms apply to quotes, orders and services provided by Diamond Graphics. By approving a quote or placing an order you accept these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the sizes, quantities, materials and site information supplied at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to the brief may change the price and timeline.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the content of the artwork you supply and for having the right to use any logos, images and text. We check files for technical issues and send a proof for approval. Once a proof is approved, production follows that proof, so please review spelling, colours and dimensions carefully.
Colour
Colours can vary slightly between screens, materials and printing processes. Where exact colour matters, ask for a printed proof before production.
Payment
A deposit may be required before production starts, with the balance due on completion or as shown on the invoice. Prices are shown in euro and VAT is added where applicable.
Timelines and installation
Production and installation dates are agreed when the order is confirmed and depend on timely approval, payment and site access. For installations, you must make sure the site is accessible, safe and ready, and obtain any permissions required by the building or local authority.
Cancellations and changes
Orders cancelled after production has started are charged for the work and materials already used. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faults and complaints
Please check deliveries on arrival and tell us about any fault within 7 days. If a product does not match the approved proof, we will reprint or repair it.
